BOOKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions set out how I (Michelle Higgs) agree to sell my goods to you (the customer). Upon accepting your order, you and I are legally bound by these terms and conditions.

1. ABOUT ME

The goods and services you find on this website are provided by Michelle Higgs. I am registered as a sole trader at the following address: 11 Vale Street, Amblecote, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY8 4ET (01384 392081)

2. ORDERING

Please use my online bookshop to place your order. Full payment is required before your order is despatched. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate, so please ensure you check all details before placing your order.

3. PAYMENT

I accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and easy way of ensuring you are using a trusted and secure electronic payment gateway. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase, and you can use your bank card when checking out if preferred.

If you wish to pay directly via online bank transfer (in UK sterling), please get in touch.

4. UK DELIVERY

Delivery for all orders is £2.99 within the UK, regardless of how many books you order. I use Royal Mail 2nd Class. This is not tracked but delivery will be within 2-5 working days.

5. RETURNS

Please note: returns on books with personalised inscriptions are not available due to the nature of the product. If, however, your item is damaged in the post, I will provide a refund or replacement without question. If you need help, please email [email protected]
